Note Entry: A Little Oil Sketch
Share
My boy. My little joy. How I need to be changed. Focus my way. Consider my anchor. My hope and stay. Carried about by the waves of the changing tide. What will it leave along the shore while it goes out to the sea. A gift of grace. A treasure of a secure hope. I don't need to know the way. My eyes looking up toward the sky.
The fields of grace being prepared for the harvest. The storms prepare the fields. Much like the farmer doing the next thing. Pressing on. Staying true. God gives a measure for me and you. An open hand. Yours in mine. I don't want to let go. For now, you alone are still mine.
My measure of you. Ever growing through. The sky has been full of atmosphere. Even a clear day, it seems to show more true perspective. What is before me? What ever my God ordains is right. An oil sketch doesn't give the full scope of a project. It does give a way for the values to be laid. The lines to be drawn in pleasant places. The color to make it come alive with light.
Moving through to the end. The way is designed. By a master's careful hand. Staying true. Walking through. Maybe I will become made new. An open door to explore. A little more of my little you. Blessings inside. Hope to abide. A little oil sketch for you. These days are moving fast. I keep them with open hands and an overflowing heart. May my way never depart. From the way laid in faithfulness. A design to remain true. A little oil sketch can be used to further the design. Maybe that's all I'm supposed to find.
